It is Winter!

Everything sits under a big bell,
wrapped into white glory.
Steps leaving traces behind,
light beams, breaking at ice crystals,
everything glares and sparkles like a sea of diamonds.

Truly surreal, shining and dreadfully cold.

Fascinated of its bizarre beauty,
gravitation pulls us out.

Hubbubly wild we troll around in the snow,
till exhaustion overcomes us.
After darkness falls,
we jitter in front of an oven,
waiting for our frozen limbs getting alive again.

So beautiful, so cold, so glittering but dark at the same time
- it is winter!
